The Manchild is a creature that can be found lurking around Deviantart, Reddit, or any other website where criticism can be easily ignored or shouted down. The Manchild will use words like "Libertarian", "Free-thinking Individual" or "Deadpan Snarker" to describe himself and his worldview, but his personality and worldview can be much more accurately described as "Entitled Narcissism".
He demands a White History Month without knowing why Black History Month was made. His concept of injustice and oppression is derived from the petty hardships of his sheltered life and he cannot conceive of the difference between being made fun of in public and being sent to a labor camp.
His politics are derived wholesale from talk radio and blogs. He sees himself as an intellectual despite not having read any books since high school. He fancies himself a man of the arts despite having created nothing beyond MS Paint video game fan art, rage comics, and the TV Tropes page for his epic fantasy novel trilogy.
His perpetual dateless-ness baffles him despite getting everything he knows about women from his mother and porn. He cannot write, make music, or play any kind of sport. He cannot draw, he literally contributes nothing at all.
